Since I lost my left arm in 'the accident', I find that the armrest no longer gets in the way.

However, changing gears is now even more of a problem.

Arm rest down all the time...

Only trouble is when the GF tries stealing it!

I've just installed one in my ds3 as I used to have 1 in my last car, I've had no problems with it yet , and it makes the cabin even better looking , no complaints here

We have ours down all the time and me and the better half find there's enough room for both of us, if one persons arm is slightly back from the other

My only real complaint is it creaks a little but other than that its useful.

You need to spray a small amount of WD40 or similar, into the hinge part and that should stop the squeaking

I have now got use to the armrest and am enjoying it but agree that it is a pain when using the handbrake and Bigfoot it's not really convenient to lift up the armrest when sitting at the lights etc.....obviously if you're parking it's not a problem to lift the armrest and engage the handbrake

I love the armrest (and my DS3 ) and I use mine all the time. It does get in the way occasionally when using the handbrake, but not the gears.

I only ever fold it out of the way to reach the USB port when I have to charge the phone.

I wish my 207 also had one.
                      Regards,
