Getting rid of cigarette smell

I have had my car two weeks now and when I took it for a test drive I told the dealer that I could smell smoke in it and he said he would sort it. When I picked it up two weeks ago it smelt lovely and has been fine but today when I got in it I noticed a slight smoke smell again. Any suggestions for getting rid of this awful smell permenantly?

Give this stuff a go. I used something like this a few years ago. It was pretty effective. Dakota Odour Bomb.
