Soon to be a DS3 owner - Some questions

Hi Icewolf - I got my DS3 through a salary sacrifice scheme through my dads work & the provider was Tusker, my car did come with Tusker branded floor mats, as well as lots of goodies in the boot, basically everything you'll ever need! There is also a little Tusker logo in the rear windscreen. Mine took 4 months to arrive but it was well worth the wait.

That doesn't sound too obtrusive then. I knew there were things like first aid kit etc provided but am hoping they don't replace the dsport mats with tusker ones. I shall just email and make sure

You'd think as they have done ds3s for others that their initial estimate would be better but as you say, worth the wait

Yeah I thought it was quite surprised when I found it all! They shouldn't do, Mine is only a Dstyle + which probably doesn't come with mats, hence the Tusker ones. My car came straight from the dealer (Lookers) which was in Preston, quite a drive to where I live (Newcastle)!

Thanks again for the info. I shall hopefully receive a dealer call any day then. Given there is no choice on the car except colour it is probably why I haven't heard from them yet

My lovely DS3 has arrived. No Tusker branding beyond some minuscule lettering on the plates and a Tusker driver side car mat. It feels so big for a 'small car'. Nice drive home :-)

Sounds great. Hope you enjoy your new car! My estimated 30th May hasn't changed in a week. Maybe that's a good sign? Did the car come with paperwork explaining how to do servicing, breakdowns etc?

I received an email from Tusker some point after ordering the car with a 'Driver's Guide' PDF which has all the info about servicing etc. There was a short letter in the car confirming the numbers to ring for breakdown etc but not much else, just the car manuals and a safety kit in the boot.

Yep, both keys, the remote control one and a regular spare.

It has slipped again but this time only one day. 31st rather than 30th which is bizarre
