Check the engine number against the paperwork
Plus get it remapped to richen up the mixture, these run far too lean stock.

Sure everything will be fine Richy- with a 3 year warranty you should be well covered (Very good price- may have been tempted meself. New Racings down to £21k when I was lookin and thought that a bit too much for what it is- very nice though)

If it were me (As with my new 155 at the moment) wouldn't touch anything that may cause the warranty to be invalidated- at least the first 3 month/ few thousand miles. Did my exhaust straight away, but was told that was OK
But hey- its your motor, feel free to go for it

              Happy days!

Oh I thought it was 900 from new ? You can't reset mileage on a new engine can you ? sorry if I'm being dim

The mileage on the odometer will be the mileage the vehicle has done new- not the engine
(Unless its been altered which is illegal in any circumstance)

Yeah that's what I thought, would be surprised at the engine lasting less than 900 miles then

                        ^ This.

Even after a full engine replacement mine still had 16k on the clock.

For a Racing with a new engine, and 3 year warranty for £16k - that sounds pretty good to me
No Mods (As said above) and move it on before the 3 years
