Sorry to hear your wife has back problems. Backs are such tricky things.

Yeah I tried sitting at an angle but it didn't seem to help. Going around a corner is enough to move my position if I'm sat at an angle.

Ah yes, it would be. I didn't think of that! (Wedgy cushion behind you?)

I'm going to experiment with towels or foam to see if I can get a position I'm okay with. Then try to adjust the seat to match.

Seems like a convoluted way of doing it but let us know how you get on!

The Physio where I work always suggested to me using a rolled up towel in the small of your back when driving if you suffer with back problems

I always feel like I am leaning to the left in both ds3's I have had.

                  More annoying than discomfort though.
                  sigpic.

When you find your position its so comfortable. When you do DONT LET ANYONE TOUCH YOUR SEAT! Which is my golden rule, which is why I hate taking it to mechanics who always move it.

It can take weeks to get it right and during that time you will have a bad back the whole time whilst driving.

I use the steering wheel position (ie line of sight to gauges) and how far I have to stretch for the clutch to roughly work it out.

I have multiple pictures on my phone for this reason. Very sad but they are very odd seats for some reason.

                        ^

Same. I mark the rail and count from the lowest position the number of 'pumps' the seat needs to be for me to be happy

I don't care in the slightest xD

I do wish the seat in the VTi were better like in the sport =[

I did point out earlier to someone that the Clutch Rest is a special feature designed to stop that from happening!
