Bloke at work is looking at a second hand ds3 racing in white with lime green stickers, he thinks its not actually a racing just a thp, so wondering what spec it should have and what to look for!!

Lime green isn't a standard DS3R colour.

Any pics of the car?

There's quite a few differences with the racing that should be noticable: performance (200+BHP), seats, vinyls, side skirts, etc..

Edit: bare in mind also that a lot of the above could have been fitted to any model DS3.

I haven't seen it, but think its being advertised as a ds3 racinh but its a thp, he drove it and it wasnt that quick for what he expected, so must be a thp, might go over there tonight and have a look after work though and get some pics

There's no need.

It's missing the alloys, side skirts, diffuser, racing seats, carbon steering wheel and carbon dash.

100% not a racing.

Its actually a dstyle and not a thp just a 120 vti i used my car check to check the registration out and this is what it brought up
