  • Misc Questions

Okay a few things I've been wondering on:
    • Citroen Assist - as my '12 and my step sons '61 THP's are second hand do we get Cirtroen Assist? When mine was bought he did say we'd be covered until the expiry of the warranty?
    • SOS button - The alter ego to the one above - how does its function differ?
    • How do either of the above work, is there a GSM phone (or similar) built into the car linked to a GPS unit?
    • My other half cleaned the step-sons 155 and noted that the central aluminium boss on two tires looks to be almost chipped with chunks of the aluminium missing. Can not see how it could be caused by curbing - could this be the dreaded alloy corrosion issue?
    • Internal cleaning - a damp mf works well most places but what is recommended for the glass?

    Cheers

    • SOS button - The alter ego to the one above - how does its function differ? The SOS is just that, an SOS system - have a search under eTouch for more info

    Cheers
    Hope that helps

Cheers will have to double check with the dealer I guess. It was Walker Farrimond in Nelson if that helps?

Okay a bit clearer on the system now after reading up on eTouch and joining the MyCitroen section of the site.

I can't see MyCitroen being populated with data from the car though, unless it takes time to populate?

One interesting thing though even though the service interval for the THP155 is stated as 1 year, and the car is sayign I need to book it within 200 miles, the MyCitroen site under maintenance is saying under Future Operations: The 23/06/2014 (20000 mile) service is scheduled next. Maybe this is due to annual mileage of 8000 and current low miles.

I'm still going to book it in, but it is annoying that it differs!
