Turbo issue

I've had the 115 d sport for about 2 week and today it seems a bit laggy like the turbos not kicking in..... Anyone had this? Or is it just me being paranoid and I've got used to it?

I only had that once on my original DS3 and that was when it developed a fault with the Turbo Valve, it also gave an ESP/ASR warning on the display. You could really feel the difference......
