^kinda difficult to get my bearings but I'd be asking the dealer, or another more helpful one, to look at it under warranty

Agree with lfcrule in try another dealer to it under warranty. If can't find one to do it would try taking the trim off as described above by Toxic and myself and try to get the trim that is coming away pushed back in place. When you don't feel comfortable sure someone on hear would be happy to help at one of the local meets.

Dealer now wants me to go through the people who fitted my parrot handsfree system, however it was arranged by the dealer before I picked the car up. Wilsons Epsom are completely useless! Kindly (joke) they've given me their number so Wilsons have passed the buck on

^ That sounds more than fair to me, if there was an outside party who fitted the kit then it would have be most likely themselves who would have failed to put the trim back together.
