If you want to resize photos either singularly or as a batch or even crop them, then why not use Irfanview, it works fine with every file format from Bitmap to RAW.

Its a totally free photo viewer program that can do a whole lot more.
As for hosting, I've used Imageshack for years without issue.

Pretty sure this colour fuel gauge is on all new DS3s. Bigfeet will be able to confirm though.
