- Enable visibility on iPhone: Settings > General > Bluetooth.
- In car: Turn on ignition > Menu button > Bluetooth > Bluetooth Config > Search > Select your phone > Enter 0000
- On iPhone: It should pop up saying car is trying to connect and to enter PIN. Enter 0000 then pair.
- Should say pairing successful on car and phone.

Try 0000 that's the usual one

Code can be anything but 0000 is the quickest and easiest to enter on both.

I checked my music streaming and it works fine with iOS 7. Didn't have a friend to check handsfree but will do that tomorrow.

I'll also look into what my firmware is.

Yes my caller ID is working fine. Rebooting the system made the difference.
Only after that, could I delete old phones connected so I could start again pairing from the beginning.

Upgrading to ios7 seems to have sorted my caller id issue, although my phone was jailbroken before. I've got a 13 plate DSport, don't know what firmware the head unit is though.

I tried earlier doing the battery and the fuse but still the no joy I think I'm either going to have to get a head unit from an older model or wait for Citroen to release an update, I won't hold my breath iOS 8 will probably be out by then

Thanks Jerry, I've been the dealer 4 times already it's had a new head unit fitted but I've been told that because it does work with some other phones (HTC, Sony Experia) but I didn't witness this, it has to be escalated to Citroen technical and I'm still waiting and I've had the car brand new since this June with out a response
