Thanks Tj A I've been the dealer 4 times so far plus a new head unit put in but no joy the cd you mention how recent are the update on it and has it got a full name? Plus my system fitted is as below

Still not exactly sure which it is the Citroen Bluetooth compatibility website lists 4 the MyWay, the Connecting Box, the eMyWay and the RDS stereo radio/mp3 CD player, I think mine is the last one but I'm not completely sure

Hey from what I can see its connected through aux hence input 1 ?? You need a technical handbook to see which update CD is required send me ur chassis number and I'll see what all your dealer has actually done. P.s sorry bout spelling I'm using my tablet and a struggle with it lol cent even upload pics

Hi Tj A, In the picture the little Alpine DAB radio at the bottom is connected to Input 1 via the input jack down by the hand brake the phone itself is only connected using Bluetooth,
