Liam, kev has replied to me on Facebook:

No worries mate.Firstly we will need a car to work from, then using that car we will make the pattern (basically what we want to end up with). The pattern will then need to be finished to ready it for moulding. Once thats done we will need to make the mould and ready that for manufacturing the splitters. All in I would guess about a month or so but we are very busy at the moment so it would be a soon as poss effort Cheers,Kev.
so if we can get good interest in this Splitter then perhaps we can get things moving.

    Anyone up for it?

Did they give you any gauge of cost?

Considering the standard Cupra splitter can be picked up for pennies they'll have a bit of competition..

As i said the standard Cupra R is 40 quid and the triple R (for Leon was 80 quid) i guessing around a similar price but since it is more of an OEM look i'd pay a bit more for an original looking splitter than the Cupra R one.

I've asked for a ball park figure to get some vested interest.

They look pretty solid compared to the Cupra splitter. We've sold loads but it can be a bit of faffing around cutting and bending them to a snug shape, I'd be interested if these are custom made to fit

Yeah this ^ if the cost is reasonable I'm in and happy to help where I can to get one that fits the DS3 without trimming. As Fish said though for the cheap price of Cupra splitters on ebay etc I don't know if this will work.

yes as he said they would be as he would need a donor car to make a pattern that would be then made for moulding.

Cupra splitter was pretty easy to fit- was discussing it with members at the meet yesterday
Doesn't make any difference to the height as compared to OEM IMO (Altho its solid not flex)

The trimming and bending isn't much

The ones Toxic has posted at the top of the thread do look better, but seem lower (As DS3rs is) as they seem to hug the ground

You can get similar splitters to the Lugano one on ebay for about £150 delivered which is a bit too much for me for what it is- basically a cosmetic mod

                  Chris,

If you look at the Albums on Triple R's Face book page they list models that they have made splitters for. in the info of the album they give prices inc delivery.

Not sure if you've followed the thread.

They don't currently exist for the DS3. Toxic's post was to see if there was any interest in developing one specifically for the DS3.
