Ah ok cool. Basically as this was designed entirely from scratch with no current splitter as a base design we literally got a sheet of mdf and crafted from scratch.
We cut the base plate the to get the curve up from the base we taped up the car and used filler to ensure a 100% correct fitting so no cutting or anything will be needed. It was properly smoothed and curved to give the perfect angles and curves around the cars existing bodywork and the strip at the bottom of the ds3.
Once dry, this was removed from the car, sanded, checked, sanded some more, measured, sanded, checked again, sanded some more, smoothed over, coated then reapplied to the car for a final check. Then this was removed and will then have the moulds created from this.
Once the mould is ready (approx two more weeks at a guess) then we can create the first fibreglass splitter and attach to the car2015 DS3 DSport Plus 1.6 165thp - Evil Edition Mk2 - 176bhp

Ok thanks mine was drawn up on a CAD then cut with a CNC Router and holes so that it lines up every time will have to meet up compare splitters lol

Very soon indeed... Just spoke to Triple R. Moulds are done. First one is out just needs final painting then as soon as the next Seat Leon splitter is done VERY soon then we are next....
