Door mirror select switch on Drivers door needs to be in the middle. Then press down. Only learnt this the other day.

Folding mirrors on my wife's DS3 Sport have stopped folding. Not folding when car is locked or from the manual switch inside. I would check the fuse first but I can't find reference to which one in the Owner's manual. Does anybody know which fuse it is to save me checking them all?
Like others on here have said, we really only use the folding mirrors as a visual check that the car is locked.

Can you hear the motors working on the mirrors when the car is being locked? If so then the mirrors may just need resetting, lock the car and then fold the mirrors in by hand and when you unlock the car the pivots should relocate themselves.

Hi, thanks for the assistance. No I can't hear the motors working.

My wife has the car at the moment but when she comes in I will check again and also check that the reversing sensors are working as I believe the folding mirrors are linked to this feature.

If the reversing aid isn't working then maybe it's a common fuse which would be F14, but I guess other things would be off as well.

Searching through this site I saw somebody else had had a similar problem and it turned out to be a broken wire at the door hinge.

Well she's back in and I've been out to check again. No motor sound but mirror adjustment is still working as is the reverse parking aid, so back to possibly a broken wire. The mirrors are in the deployed position so not really a problem. We can wait until it goes in for a service to get it sorted out.
