Rear Seat

I do apologise if this is posted somewhere else but I couldn't fine it
Is it just the two Torx bolts that hold the rear seat in, I have dropped a cover down the side and need to take rear seat out to get the damn thing :redface:

There are 2 bolts in the front and 2 under the matt in the boot at the tie down rings.
