Yep that looks about right. usually if it is not marked on the dipstick then upper and lower levels are the norm, though does your manual show any indicators for the dipstick? -
Correct, that's why there is the ridge at the bottom.

Cheers for the replies guys. No toxic the photo of the dip stick in the manual is a different style with notches in it. I was 90% sure that i had it right but better to ask just incase
