  • This car still surprises me!

Driving back from work late at night switching the radio to station 1 and accidentally caught the "dark" button.

I only though this dimmed the radio station screen but it dims everything even the rev counter, temp gauge, heat settings etc.. Apart from the speedo and fuel gauge.

nice little feature as it gets rid of all the distractions and lets you focus on driving.

bit sad but made me smile.

I used to drive for 10mins with just the DRLs first couple weeks (In the dark) as the dash looks lit even when dipped beam isn't on LOL

Yeah tried that on a country lane amazing how bright they are!

Had a joker at work today ask me if the "fairy lights" (DRL's) were coming off the car after christmas!

Think its the button on the Rev counter- you press it a few times and it darkens and lights the instrument lighting

Instead of getting radio 1, all the lights in the cabin turned off. The dark button is above the radio in the ds3 without the sat nav (might be the same with sat-nav, i'm not sure)

In my car after I answer the phone on hands free and go back to the radio I get "heart radio"? I don't listen to this station or have it stored though... just another odd thing with i've noticed with my DS3

Mine has the dark button, tried it, didn't like it and turned it off again...

Glad to see mine isn't the only head unit that changes the radio station when you end a phone call Often the display still says Radio 1 but is actually playing another station

The "dark" button is to be found on the standard radio setup next to the volume control.
