No sorry because the hardware can't support it, the only way around it is to change your DS3.

My car obviously has Bluetooth but I have not seen an option for streaming music from my phone via Bluetooth, am I missing something here?

Your only option is going to be the aux port as most people have already said unfortunately

Why not see if you can get a cheap MP3 player and buy/hack a small aux cable and leave it under the handbrake lever?
