Fuse box Location

Hi,

I have a 12 Plate DS3 DStyle Plus and a few days ago noticed a small Blue plastic device that looks like Tweezers to pull the fuses out on the passenger footwell.

Am i right in saying this is used for the fuses ? - is the fuse box located in the Glove box ?

There's one to the side of the glove box and there's one in the engine bay.

My fuse gripper falls out without sticky tabs to keep it in place.....
