replacing gear stick Gaiter

I need to replace the Gear stick Gaiter. Is it just a case of popping of the brushed Chrome surround and replacing?? Cheers

Just be careful when unclipping the cable tie. DONT do what I did the first time and slice through the gaiter!

I was lucky as when I took it to the garage they said they noticed a rip in it and replaced it for me under warranty. But then again, John Grose is a fantastic garage mist of the time
