DS3 número 2!

Hi all,

For anyone that follows me on Instagram, you will know that after owning a 2010 DS3 VTi Dstyle since June, I decided before Christmas that it was time to upgrade to the model I really wanted, a DSport Plus THP.

I was looking at ordering a brand new DSport Red, but in the end got a deal I was pleased with on a 12 reg DSport Plus at Stoneacre Citroen, Wrexham!

Absolutely in love with the car - I thought I loved my Dstyle but seemingly not!

Here's a pic on collection day, 27/12/13 of both cars old and new:



And another, once I'd given the car a four hour detail the following day



Haven't done a great deal of mods to date, only:
- Debadged rear 'citroen' emblem
- Debadged front DS emblem
- Fitted 3D LED rear lights off my old car
- White LED numberplate bulbs
- Fitted aluminium footrest

Not a great deal planned, mainly minor cosmetic enhancements, any suggestions are welcome though

Yep. Me too.

Just had a couple Ford salesmen trying to get me to testdrive the latest ST2 Fiesta. Did sound good.
182 BHP as standard, and 295n/m torque. Also, thought they said replace the manifold (£500) and rises to around 200BHP, within warranty

I had the new shape Fiesta Zetec S right when it was released in 2008. Fantastic little car, and stunning at the time of release, like nothing I'd seen previously. Always felt the chassis could easily handle a performance engine, kept meaning to test drive the ST but didn't want to tempt away from my DS3 :P

Am tempted to test drive one, as they seem keen to let me- and son-in-law works for Ford, so get about %25 of as family member? Thing is, you know what happens when you test drive a car...... but it would only be for comparison purposes of course
