Do they undo ok Andy ? I think I was put off before as someone here posted to say they can seize onto the valve although that could've been the ones with the small screws in the head to make them harder to undo

It's the small screw ones that I have Chris. Haven't bothered screwing them tight as if someone wants to pinch them then they can have them. Rather that than them ragging away trying to get them causing damage which would cost undoubtedly more than a replacement set anyway.

Yeah I think I thought I wouldn't use the screws if I bought them, can't be arsed with the hassle for something that costs that little Thanks... The ones above are better as they don't have the screws

I was thinking about getting the black and red ones but was worried about them seizing as my old ones did on my old car, not even with the screws, just cheap metal.

think the metal oxidises, goes sort of powdery white, and can seize on.
Happened to me a few year back, had to change the wheel rather than just put a bit of air in
Think a bit of greas helps, but even thats not failproof

Iv used them type of dust caps for years on my motorcycles and first set sized to the valve.
Since then I use copperslip on the valve threads and never had one seize since.

I quite like the black metal with red Citroen logo..... Will add it to my list of possible 'tiny mods' but it's not an urgent one....
