Exhaust is performance enhancing, not preventative of anything. Kicks out about 166BHP according to Dyno.
The consensus on catch cans is that anything above standard should run a catch can. And am happy to report that after a grand total of 400 odd miles so far, theres naff all in it (According to sight glass anyway). Was a bit of water at one stage
No more etc's .. on the car. Except non standard wheels, air horns, decals, and splitter

My car was completely standard except for the quick change timing chain I feel there are more THP related problems on here than Diesel ones so I can only base my statements on what I read so that must be the "Rubbish"

Oh dear,I didn't mean to cause such indignation with my short throwaway comment................meant to be light -hearted and merely a quick response to a sweeping statement.
Anyway, each to his own.My wife loves her ex demo DSport Cabrio and so far no troubles whatsoever, besides the long black plastic trim falling off on the passenger side!!Dealer dealt with it straight away.Have to say,not much opportunity of lowering the roof yet!
Am quite a fan of diesels and have an XJ TDVI which is a great car,but the petrol DS3 suits us with the mileage and kind of journeys she does.
                            Happy days.

I thought the DSport has the carbon fibre trim instead of black
