Yeah what Zack said, we rent a flat at the moment and whilst the snowfoam works great it goes everywhere and I end up jet washing the neighbours cars to rinse it off theirs as well, then it sits on the car park for a while.....

I'm hoping the surfex does the same job with less mess

If you really must get a lance (don't) then this directhoses one is as good as the OPs original recommendation at a massively cheaper price.
