  • The inevitable has happened :-(

Someone ran into the back of the car at a roundabout!

Luckily very low speed and not much damage!

Did you open the door, fall/crawl out moaning in pain holding your neck like you planned? *nudge nudge wink wink*

Funnily enough I have had neck ache for a few days now, but no, no whiplash.... lol I felt sorry for my poor student, hope it doesn't affect his confidence too much, he's got his test next week!

                How bad is it Sash?
I got hit from behind at a roundabout once in my C1, I didn't have my foot on the brake though as I was about to pull away so I just needed to clip the bumper back on. The only damage was a moany girlfriend.

I'm going to give it a wash tomorrow and take it to the body shop - if it can be machined out then I'll do that but I think it's purely cosmetic - maybe a *tiny* bit of paint damage. It was dark and the cars filthy....

Nightmare Sash! And lots of accidents recently! PM if you need any post-accident advice, or any advice with the repair if it is more substantial than cosmetic.

Got a pretty reasonable quote, but it seems they want to go through their insurance :-(

                            Sorry to hear that Sash
Sometimes whiplash reprcussions take a few days, if not few weeks, to become apparent
Everyone has a chuckle as whiplash injuries cannot be proved, but if you have whiplash aches and pains, it can cause trouble to work and social life
Thats what any payment is supposed to cover- let the experts make their minds up. Always consult a specialist I would suggest

Im currently undergoing physio for my kneck and shoulder from an accident 2 years ago.

If I were to claim whiplash for this incident that would be 3 claims in 2 years as I had another one 6months after the big one!
I don't think I'm very lucky do you? lol
