Theyre not the greatest of photos TBH. Look better in the flesh
Carbon fibre dipped ones are TSW Tarumas 17 inch (To have the Mich PS3s on soon) and the Black ones are Team Dynamics Go Pro 3s (With my Bridgestones on now)
Neither set are on the car- got Bellones with snow tyres on ATMsigpicJog on NoddyComment

Never had an issue with either make. Team Dynamics are well thought of- think they are made in Birmingham
TSW seem to get a lot of support too
So would say "Middling" manufacturers. They are certainly not cheapos, China etc etc
What I have noticed with wheels, is that like clothing, they seem to go in and out of fashion
