Carpet coming away

I noticed over the weekend that the carpet is coming away on the passenger side of the handbrake. There's currently a gap about 1cm wide by about 6cm long.

I presume I am covered under warranty to have this fixed?

Should be.

If not then I'm sure some spray adhesive will sort it out (assuming it's not ripped).

Actually, it could well be ripped as there doesn't seem to be any material to pull back into place

I'd definitely ask your dealer to take a look at that, it doesn't look like you've mistreated the car from the small shots your posted

How old is the car...Miles covered .....Damage is hard to get done on warranty But best of luck ...

It's less than 2 years old and only covered 14,500 miles. I bought it second hand a few weeks ago but only noticed the damage at the weekend.

I think I'll just take it to a dealer and see what they say
