I have decided not to do my 25k service at the Citroen dealer as £374 I feel is a rip off. So it's off to my local independent garage who will fit genuine citroen parts, collect the car from my house and leave me a courtesy car. My local citroen dealer just couldn't provide that level of service.

You could have the inside hoovered just tell them not to touch the outside !

The brake fluid is part of the complimentary service package.

Mine is in at Evans Halshaw in Hull on Wednesday for the 2nd service - £291 including parts and VAT - Gets a valet too normally! (have asked them to alter the setting to sidelights always on in Lexia, see if they will do it!)

I am still battling with my local garages to get my second service (2yr service) .....they don't seem to like the fact that my 3 year service plan was free with the car as a brought it new and that i am paying by PCP.

Tried garage where I purchased the car ....they said no!!

Now trying other local Citroen garage and they seem "dubious" about doing it.....Calling me back in a minute as they need to speak to the manager?!?!?

My car is 2yrs old on April 26th and it has done 17850miles ....I had 1 annual service last year @ 10750 miles .....

Plus ....they didn't realise I had the service plan at first and said it would cost me over £500 !!!!! lol ....that seems a little "steep" to me ....

Thanks Biggie will have to tell them lol. I take it that the brake fluid change is mentioned somewhere in the service agreement documentation, just so I have something to show them.

Here you go, if you get the Service Plan then you should have had something like this drop through the letterbox.

Just got confirmation of mine booked in for 2nd service at alternative local Citroen Garage. Fingers crossed they actually do it !!
