  • Passenger airbag light

Does anyone know if it's normal for the passenger airbag warning light to stay on for about 45 seconds when setting off? Then it disappears.

    Cheers

Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about, all that is going on is the airbag system is calibrating the passenger airbag after working out if there is someone in the seat.

Other makes of car seem to be able to cary out the same internal diagnostics without shining a light at you for an exuberant amount of time. Fn French. And speaking of that who else in the world measures torque in newton decimeters. Always doing thing different just to be different not to be better! Fn French. UGH

They lost -again- difficult to see how they'll blame the English, but I'm sure they will
