This bling-tastic DS3 pitched up in another thread on here a few weeks ago. It was originally on sale at EMG in Bury St Edmunds (I can't imagine why - that sleepy hollow is the last place you'd expect to find a buyer for such an in-your-face machine - there are no footballers living there for a start). They now seem to have been transferred it to Cambridge, which isn't exactly a mecca for bling-merchants.

Looks like it might be a demonstrator, but I can't fathom why EMG would have a paint-job like that done on a demo - not in these parts, anyway!
There was a story in the press last year about someone who bought a Mini with a chrome custom paint job & then couldn't afford to pay additional the insurance premium.
