DS3 Customisation

Hi all,

Totally new to here, sorry if I say things to make me sound like a "noob", or intact a total idiot!

This weekend I am going to have a look around my local Citroen dealers in the search for fairly new DS3. Engine size/etc. does not bother me.

Now having been wanting a DS3 for a couple years now and now I am able to do so (woop woop!). When I first started looking was when the DS3 Racing came out (ohhh what a FIT car!!), but as far as I am aware, you are unable to buy them new anymore...

So, I was wondering whether any knows whether its possible/have themselves made their DS3 look like the Racing on cosmetically?

I have seen the alloys available on Ebay. But can you change the colour of the dashboard/get another one fitted? And same applies with the orange front grill.

If any one would have any tips I would really appreciate it! Or, if you reckon its more hassle/money than its worth then please by all means also say.

I would just like some opinions

It would cost you a fortune so best not to do. You could however have the dash grille roof etc sprayed orange if that's the colour you like

I'm assuming you don't have a little under £30k for one of the Racing Cabrio's ?

Welcome to the club by the way, when you get her don't forget to post pics, if I were you I'd go to your local dealers and test drive the different types, VTi, THP & Diesel and see which one you like best....

Think there are a couple of VTI's on here that have the same colours schemes as the Black DS3Racing, and are mistaken for them too
No reason why you cant make one look like a Racing- to perfrom like a Racing is a different matter altogether

Would cost you Thousands to even get it close to looking like a Racing.

I'd keep it at whetever you get.

Instead of making it look like a racing, take some inspiration and create something unique! Loads and loads of options available in terms of exterior and interior modifications!

Agreed!! Create something new! With wraps and dips and flocking and wheels, you can create something totally unique and individual. That being said, if you like the orange, go for it.
I saw an awesome orange wrap called ostrich skin. Was awesome!

We have done a similar thing with vinyl wraps. Perfectly possible.

You could wait out for the DS3 DStyle by Benefit edition which will have an Orange roof and the Shark Grey body. All you will really need to do is add the roof graphics and maybe have the dash wrapped in orange as well.
