Charging for COURTESY car!!!

Have been charegd before (Ford) but not with Citroen. Got a new edhi115 last time out as a courtesy

I took mine in for a repair on Friday, booked a courtesy car (but didn't end up needing it in the end) and when I was booking I was told I would be charged for insurance unless I was covered under my own policy. I had a look at my policy documents and called up Aviva and was able to confirm that I'm fully covered to drive courtesy cars whilst mine is being worked on. Also note that this is different from an entitlement to drive other cars on your policy which I'm not allowed to do anyway.
