Did it happen in Scotland, im sure I heard Alex Salmon say "A vote for an independent Scotland is a vote for the abolition of potholes".

Haha, worst thing is I don't have a tyre iron or a jack so I phoned the guy that services our cars so he's gonna come down tomorrow to take the wheel off. I'm missing out on glorious driving weather today lol

I know the feeling... had a puncture in the racing a few months ago, didn't want to use the goo to fill the tyre with the tyres being around £180 each to replace. Taken home on the back of a tow truck with a crazy driver that didn't stop for a single red light and after all that i had to do the same as you and get someone out to replace the tyre anyway as i don't have a jack or spare tyre.

It's awful. Tempted to buy a jack and brace online as well as a spare wheel. I feel like I've lost a limb when I don't have my DS3 lol

Helps with the grip on the back end- less twitchy. Safer i feel.
Got a full size spare in mine. Increases the petrol a bit, but acceleration seems fine

If anybody can show definitive evidence that the weight of a full size spare wheel has a noticeable negative effect on fuel consumption, il eat the pillow I'm laying on.

Physics is physics, the laws are the same throughout the known universe including the boot of a DS3. Its a statement that comes up on various forums again and again, "Is it more economical to run my car on a full tank of half a tank". Every 12 months somebody thinks they are the first person to think of the idea and posts it up.

                          Just saying like.....................

I'm sure the effect on extra grip is minimal too, but think I would prefer it
Oh- and having a full size spare LOL
All this goo box stuff- its just to cut the cost for the manufacturer, and increase them for tyre manufacturers and fitters
                            My personal view obvs ;-)

My dad bought a proper spare for his Mazda 6, he isn't a fan of the goo.
