I have images of the scene and a short video clip. I also have a neighbour who will testify what time they came etc as he was watching them due to his brothers car being parked just in front of mine.
Hopefully it wont need to go that far.
I got an update from the yesterday after I requested one. They were still trying to ascertain who or if anybody was in the area on Wednesday. To which I said unless the pavement dug itself up then somebody was there.
The lack of urgency with the is driving me mad. Think I will be complaining to the actual council instead of just their contractor. I am myself a service provider with council contracts and I know the last thing we want is our client getting involved in disputes like this and we move heaven and earth to resolve things when they are involved. Especially if it is a new contract to us or we are retendering, so hopefully that is where they are in their contract.
