    Hi guys/gir;s

Anyone know if u a 17 Bellone allow with tyre can fit in the spare wheel well of the ds3? Was thinking of getting one to replace the standard 16 full size spare.

Yeah it fits, pretty sure it raises the carpet cover slightly though. Chris_Blue can confirm, I'm pretty sure he has a full size spare.

If you got 17 Bellone's on why not take 1 off and see if it fits
cheap & easy way to find out

Yep- as Beef says Keflonia, a full size fits in the wheel well, but raised up several inches. I have one.
A bit heavier than a space saver, but none of the 50mph mucking about stuff, and rushing to sort the flat tyre out
        No goo neither

Cant post a pic up at the moment as am away from home- let me know if you still want one at the weekend coming
However- seen youve been brave and splashed out on one- surprised you didnt get a second hand one as its only a spare.
And gotta get a tyre too. Good luck :-)

Seems a waste of money too me, how often do you plan to have puncture?

I'm not planning on having any puncture. However i commute from Lincolnshire to Manchester once a week and use the dreaded M62. Having a full size spare is a life saver for me as it means i am not restricted to 50 mph if using the space saver. So for me it's money well spent. We are all different and have different needs n opinions and above gives me peace of mind whilst enjoying my motor. Point taken it is a lot of money.

May sound stupid but does a new alloy come with a tyre fitted ? or is that an optional extra ?

Thanks just wasn't sure I have a scuffed wheel (when I bought it) so was thinking of retiring it to the boot as a spare.
