hey guys I have a 1,4 diesel with 68ps with 16 inch ashera alloys and i'm thinking of getting a set of 17inch bellones..does anyone have any clue what those will do to my car in terms of consumption,power reduction,steering,grip etc?

ι'Μ basically more interested in how the 17inch wheels will affect the performance of my goddess. Im not saying shes a beast,she has only 68ps but it works for me and I dont want her to lose power and steering abilitiesDS3's are like pizza..they're good even when they're bad..

There will be a little different in MPG of the car due to the fact that the Bellones are heavier than the Asheras, but a s Fish had already said it will be very minor. The only thing you will notice is the hard ride and the increase in 'Road Roar'....I should never have doubted the Lord of Bacon!!

As Wenham said, the biggest impact you can have on your MPG is your driving style.
Pick the right gear, drive at a sensible speed and keep your speed down at light to negate the need for braking.
Do it properly and you'll easily see your MPG figure climb.cyclone> Fish is the man
