First off my DS3 is leased, but not through citroen.
I took it for its 24000 miles service, came out with a few advisories, ok no problem, but i told them the car makes a noise on steep hills coming from the clutch, ok they say on the test drive we will try it, I have cameras in the car, and reviewing the footage they guy did 35 in a 30 zone, and didn't do a steep hill start, and guess what didn't hear the noise.
Next they said my tracking was out by 4 degrees, again no problem, except when I took it somewhere to have the the tracking done, it was perfect.
I had a nail in the tyre, said it was in a position it can't be repaired, again no problem , except when I took it to a tyre place it was repaired, as it wasn't to close to the sidewall.

so what gives?

Sounds like they're trying to fleece you. I'd take it elsewhere.

Yeah, I'd go elsewhere. I can't guess at why this happened at your dealer, maybe having an off day?....

I'd just find a new place to take it. That's what I did and found a great bunch at Bletchley where I lived before.
