Thanks Chris - they can f#@k off at that price, I expect that will be RRP and then after a couple of months they will reduce a bit, the 3d rear lights were initially quoted to me by the dealer at twice the price they are now

Where does the "Model Year 20," and "Model Year 30," name come from?

I've been wondering myself too

The model year is set by the manufacture and there is no real logical pattern to it!

My guess is that minor update with the current year will only add a digital i.e Model year 10 to 15 to 17. When there is a major update the first digit updates such as Model 17 to 20 to 30.
