I told him I wanted to pick my reg from the AFRL system and he told me it was used only to tax the car! Armed with what you told me I insisted that I wanted to look at plates available and that other Citroen dealers allow it, he then said I could but had to be there in person.

BTW you don't have to be there in person, it can be done over the phone...........that's what happened with my DS3
