Rangnarok since ur here i will use the opportunity to ask you something... I did read your thread and saw that you've upgraded your DS3r to Wossner pistons, do you recommend it? As I want to take precautions on that 'piston#2' failure thing... )

I recommend warmly W�ssner pistons and ZRP con rods, had zero issues related to them and price was very competitive. I know some people take the CP route, but I decided to go W�ssner as at least at that point it was only direct replacement option (other required modding of pins or something).

Oil consumption was zero between oil changes after engine rebuild so I guess it was a success.

Wossner's were cheaper than OEM when mine blew the second time around.

Are they stronger then OEM, do you know how I can tell if I have 1st Gen pistons or 2nd Gen pistons ?

I still dont have the induction kit... and I'm thinking of getting one now, but my question is dose it do any good to the engine as i'm not soo interested in hp gain right now... i'm currently mapped at 247hp but the chip goes up to 278hp, but my engine stays hot for like more then an hour, will the induction kit, or clemens motorsport airbox (http://www.clemens-motorsport.info/C...nd-DS-3-Racing) will help it with temperature?

Hey Guys,

Today the Engine Failure message came up... the car is sounding different and a lot of smoke when i press the gas pedal, I can't wait till monday to sent it to Citoren so I wanted to ask You guys, could it be anything other than piston failure as surely thats gonna take it away for a while

...?
