  • Again engine Problem, old problem solved

    Monring guys,
The old Problem is Past - it was the valves, the turbo, the lower and higher pressure pumps... everythign what coult happen lol.

So, ive got now a next problem and i dont know why now, i twas about 1/2 days after i collected my car.

when i fast and lightly tip on the gaspedal, it sometimes stocks at 2000 rpm or raises by itself to 2000 rpm. when i tip it again, then the pop off opens and the pressure is away - also the rpm's gettin lower.
it also happens when im switching to a lower gear - from 3. to 2. when im on low rpm like 1000 and switching to 2000 when im getting slower. sometime i dont ahve to tip the pedal and it rasies, but only till the 2000, never higher.

is it possible, ive got an upgrade turbo, its the reason or the map? or is just the gaspedal cable hanging somewhere cuz of the high amount of snow at the moment in switzerland?

If therse something not closed, i wouldnt get 1.2 bar pressure, and the turbos not working at 1600/1700 rpm.

Or is it possible, cause the pop of isnt closing properly?

    thanks for your help

There have been reported issues with the original Recirc valves, I changed mine for a Forge RV as id seen examples of cracked or broken plastic, maybe the diaphragm is leaking.
Have you checked all the pipes in the engine, possible something is not tight or 100% secure.

Sorry I really do not know what you are trying to say with most of the post. The gas pedal is electronic, and would not expect the engine to be doing much of anything at 1700rpm .
