DS3R replacement pads and discs

I thought I would share this information.

My DS3R has now covered 35,000 miles, when checking the brake discs I found that they were badly worn. I started to look for replacement parts, I found it very hard to locate replacement parts without paying Citroen a lot of money.

Anyway I eventually found the required parts:

Discs: Borg and Beck (BBD5354) £95 for the pair.
Pads: EBC Green stuff (DDP21140) £40 (ebay).

I hope this helps someone in the future.

Great price, I paid more for my front rotors/pads (from EBC) for my eHDi than that !

Where you get discs from? What's borg and beck? Never heared of them?

I`ve heard of Borg and Becker....they played tennis! Borg Warner used to supply automatic transmissions.

Found replacement front discs from Euro parts. Discs are oe replacement made by Pagid. After much research, lots of disc manufacturers either don't keep the 323x28mm disc's in stock, although they list a part number, or they list a smaller size, something like 282mm.

Pagid are more expensive than the price quoted by the poster for borg & beck, but included vat and postage.

Mintex do not stock the disc's, they have a part number for them, but no stock. The discs from Eurocarparts are £89 each inc. vat. The problem is the size, 323mm disc's are not common, so are difficult to source.

When I contacted Citoren about my discs as they were damaged by my wreaking going off, they said they would be good for at least 100.000km so I just got mine repaired (check my thread), they look and feel as new and it costed me only 30 eur

I've been looking for pads and discs for my citroen ds3r.

I've tried the part numbers supplied in the top message but can't find a supplier . Can anyone shed some light onto this please as I don't want order the wrong ones .

Been quoted silly money from the dealers to supply and fit
