Front chevrons

Does anyone know how to remove the front chevrons in the grill so I'm able to spray it?

You can just "unclip" on some models i understand- cant remember if they are the earlier or later models, because it does differ

When i sprayed mine, just masked it off well - didnt bother to remove (*13 plate)
