            Yes you will get engine light with decat. You can can also
            get engine light from sports cat too. The only sports cat I've seen that didn't flag engine light is Milltek.

                        LOL. Over 4 years late to the party

                        No- that's not the one, mine was a fair bit pricier and was an HJC I think

                        No reason to think the one you have highlighted wont work- there weren't many Sportscats on the market 4 year ago

                        Jamie still supplies and fits Sportscats I believe- give him a call and mention this Clubsite

                          @BZYS,

                          Some sport/race downpipes may throw up a check engine light. The HJS downpipe(SSXPE112) which i have laying around in my garage is working perfectly fine with no Check Engine Light. At the moment i have the decat downpipe fitted from Scorpion Exhausts Ltd with a mapped out oxygen sensor ofcourse. Before the Dutch MOT i'm changing my decat downpipe with my sport downpipe to pass my MOT test. I could send you a video from my car with the HJS Milltek Tuning Downpipe fitted and the Decat Downpipe from Scorpion Exhausts Ltd.

                            Hello mate,

                            Please could you send me a video. How hard is it to swap the decat out for the Sports downpipe/back to original if i havent got a garage?

                              @BZYS,

                              It is quite easy to swap out the downpipe once you have done it a few times, the first few times when changing the downpipe i took off the whole heat shield (3-4 hours work). A while ago i found out that you have to twist the downpipe clockwise (90 degrees) it will fall straight to the bottom (or you might have to wiggle it out a bit) once the downpipe is removed from his bracket, upper heatshield, turbo housing and exhaust.

                              You will have to find something to lift up your car (i used two car jacks and two axle stands which i bought from a local store) to work SAFELY.

                              Fitting time will take around 2 hours

                              I will post some videos later this weekend !
