Upgraded Headlamp Bulbs

Not sure if its just my car, but I can't get any upgraded dipped bulbs to last more than 6 months. I tried 2 sets of Nightbreakers, both failed, then tried Phillips Extreme vision, and they have failed this week. Is my expectation of more than 6 months life too much?

Put the original OEM ones back in last night, but they are quite poor.

Where do I go next? Any suggestions

To have two sets of failures would suggest you are not installing the bulbs correctly and are touching the glass.

No, they are installed correctly, never touch the glass.
