There are 3 watts white bulbs as standard, i replaced them with 5 watts orange bulbs, much nicer

I just used LED strips that I bought of Ebay, 5 strips for £2.50.
If anyone gets the same the best way of fixing them in place is buy some stick on Velcro, and use the hook side... doesn't feel like it stick that well to the carpety stuff under the dash but mine have not come off......yetComment
