removing interior light?

I'm trying to remove the interior light to fit new bulbs seems rather stiff don't want to force it. Is there anyway the lense can be removed to gain access to the bulbs?

Very carefully put a thin knife blade or similar on one of the short side of the plastic lense, bend slightly.

Don't do it in this cold weather !! make sure the car is warm inside then just use a thin blade

If u light upp all three bulbs, the lense will be warm i a minute.

What bulbs fit in these?? 501 LEDs?

As far as I'm aware there 501 probably going to leave the map lights alone and just replace the centre courtesy lights.
