  • 90 ehdi tuning

Hello, i understand that the difference between the 90 to the 110 is injectors and turbo and ecu, as im a noob i dont really know 100% so im looking for advice.

So would i be right in saying with fitting 110 injectors and turbo with a decent remap would push a fair bit more than just a 90 with a remap.

Also if that were to work nicely with having the 5 speed box instead of a 6 would that mean it would be quicker through the revs as there is less gears?

I did Zacks for him a couple of years ago. his car was pretty new back then.
I charge £350 inc for DPF removal and tuned on the rollers. If you want big power figures then prepare for some smoke!

I've had a 90 remapped but no other mods.
Mind you I think my particular model (99g) has a smaller turbo?
Even so happy with the results.

ps Isn't DPF removal illegal and an MOT failure ?!?

How much and what gain would it be on just a remap? With dpf still in place?

Also would it be better to have the 110 turbo fitted (if it fits) before i have the remap and dpf removed or will it run better on the smaller turbo??

Get a hybrid turbo manufactured - I was quoted £450 for a hybrid turbo manufacture + £150 install then another £350 for a DPF delete and a remap, take in mind you will need a stage 2 clutch but the sachs models are running cheap on europarts (around about £182)

I think if it was me I would just go for the re-map unless you have deep pockets .

It will after the map give you more grunt and be better to drive.

If you really are set on a oil Burner to play with chop yours in and get a 110 my one with a Jamie map on is 145 with nothing else done

Totally transformed the car with just the torque increase alone
