Fly eye kits are 100% legal because of the light levels let through. For the same result as smoking the lights, the fact this one is legal it's a no brainier.

I had fly eyes and they look good but hard to clean actual fly off them... Also I don't heat them up after to make them stick properly so they didn't last long....
